Jacob Sartorius

JacobRolf Jacob Sartorius, a boy born in Oklahoma was raised in Tulsa. His parents weren't able to care for him immediately after the birth, so he was taken in as an adopted child and later moved to Virginia. The adoptive parents raised him within Reston, Virginia. He was performing in musicals by age seven. Before the closure of Vine which was an American short-form online video-hosting service, in the year 2017, Sartorius lip-syncing videos posted on Vine gained the service an impressive eight million subscribers up to August 2016. Sartorius believed that using social media allowed him to get away from bullying because he had been an innocent victim. He admitted before Musical.ly that he wasn't confident. He thought that everyone watched him except for the camera.
